透過光譜技術研究應用於微創頭頸部手術時，能即時偵測組織下大血管而降低術中出血。  

Objectives of Study：

Reduce perioperative hemorrhage during minimally invasive surgeries by using spectroscopy to detect location of great vessels underlying neck tissue in real time

纳入标准：

因口腔或咽惡性腫瘤在本院接受廣泛腫瘤切除和頸部淋巴廓清手術患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent a wide excision of oral or pharyngeal cancer and neck dissection at E-Da hospital

排除标准：

欲檢測頸部位置之前曾接受手術或放射治療

Exclusion criteria：

The neck region for testing received operation or radiotherapy in the past
