研究目的：

1.探索电针对脑卒中患病人群的上肢运动功能的康复疗效。 2.探究电针对脑卒中患病人群的大脑活动的影响。 3.基于脑电信号评估脑卒中患病人群的临床康复疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the rehabilitation effect of electroacupuncture on upper limb motor function of stroke patients. 2. To explore the influence of electroacupuncture on the brain activity of stroke patients. 3. Evaluate the clinical rehabilitation effect of stroke patients based on EEG.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）脑梗死诊断符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》诊断标准：（1）急性起病（＜2周）；（2）局灶神经功能缺损（一侧面部或肢体无力或麻木、言语障碍等），少数为全面神经功能缺损；（3）影像学出现责任病灶或症状/体征持续24h以上；（4）排除非血管性病因；（5）脑CT/MRI排除脑出血。
脑出血诊断符合《中国脑出血诊治指南2019》诊断标准：1）急性起病（＜2周）；（2）局灶神经功能缺损（少数为全面神经功能缺损），常伴有头痛、呕吐、血压升高及不同程度意识障碍；（3）头颅CT/MRI显示出血灶；（4）排除非血管性脑部病因。
2）首次发病。
3）年龄≥18岁。
4）上肢运动功能障碍：肌力下降0至5-级和（或）共济失调。

Inclusion criteria

1) The diagnosis of cerebral infarction meets the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018: (1) Acute onset (< 2 weeks); (2) Functional impairment of the kitchen God sutras (weakness or numbness of one side of the face or limb, speech disorder, etc.), a few of them are comprehensive neurological impairment; (3) Imaging of responsible lesions or symptoms/signs lasting more than 24 hours; (4) Exclude non-vascular causes; (5) Cerebral CT/MRI excluded cerebral hemorrhage.

The diagnosis of intracerebral hemorrhage met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage 2019:1) Acute onset (< 2 weeks); (2) Functional impairment of the kitchen god meridian (a few are comprehensive neurological impairment), often accompanied by headache, vomiting, elevated blood pressure and varying degrees of consciousness disturbance; (3) Head CT/MRI showed bleeding focus; (4) Non-vascular cerebral causes were excluded.

2) First onset.

3) Age 18 or older.

4) Upper limb motor dysfunction: muscle strength decline of grade 0 to 5- and/or ataxia.

排除标准：

1）生命体征不平稳。
2）脑叶、小脑大量出血（大脑半球＞30ml，小脑＞15ml）及血肿破入脑室引起脑积水。
3）严重循环系统、呼吸系统、运动系统等疾病，如房颤、心衰、肺感染、严重肝肾功能不全等严重疾病状态。
4）合并神经系统其它疾病。
5）其他原因导致的上肢功能障，如骨折、畸形等。
6）不能配合完成检查，如精神障碍、认知功能障碍、视力缺陷、坐位平衡障碍等自
其他原因：嗜酒；颅骨缺损；头部皮肤缺损等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Unstable vital signs.

2) Massive hemorrhage of cerebral lobe and cerebellum (cerebral hemisphere > 30ml, cerebellum > 15ml) and rupture of hematoma into the ventricle caused hydrocephalus.

3) Severe circulatory system, respiratory system, motor system and other diseases, such as atrial fibrillation, heart failure, lung infection, severe liver and kidney insufficiency and other serious disease states.

4) Complicated with other diseases of the nervous system.

5) Upper limb dysfunction caused by other reasons, such as fracture, deformity, etc.

6) Unable to cooperate with the completion of the examination, such as mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, visual defects, sitting balance disorders, etc

Other causes: alcoholism; Skull defect; Head skin defect, etc.
