探讨重症医学科患者VTE发病率和危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the prevalence and risk factors of VTE in ICU patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)2021年1月1日至2021年12月30日期间连续入住本ICU护理单元的患者。2）所有年龄大于等于18岁的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Consecutive patients admitted to the ICU from January 1, 2021 to December 30, 2021. 2) all patients aged 18 years or older.

排除标准：

①入室前已经诊断为VTE的患者。②入室前或入室后因非VTE疾病应用抗凝药物者。③入室24小时内未行下肢静脉彩超检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients who had been diagnosed with VTE before admission. ② Use of anticoagulant drugs for non-VTE diseases before or after admission. ③ patients who did not receive lower extremity venous color Doppler ultrasound examination within 24 hours after admission
