研究目的：

本研究旨在基于小听神经瘤患者真实世界研究，探索小型听神经瘤包括肿瘤体积变化、症状进展规律等的自然进程，挖掘颅脑增强磁共振检查在小型听神经瘤随访观察中的作用，探索明确放疗或手术干预的治疗时机，提供更高等级证据指导小型听神经瘤患者治疗决策的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the real world study of patients with small acoustic neuroma, this study aims to explore the natural process of small acoustic neuroma including tumor volume changes and symptoms progression, to explore the role of brain enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in the follow-up observation of small acoustic neuroma, and to explore the treatment timing of radiotherapy or surgical intervention. To provide a higher level of evidence to guide the selection of treatment decisions for patients with small acoustic neuroma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)入组时年龄18~85周岁，性别不限 (2)术前颅脑核磁显示内听道桥小脑角区占位，临床诊断为听神经瘤的患者 (3)受试者或其监护人能够理解研究目的，显示对研究方案足够的依从性，并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) >18 years old (2)Patients with preoperative craniocerebral MRI showed space occupation in the cerebellopontine angle of the internal auditory canal and were clinically diagnosed as acoustic neuroma (3) The subjects or their guardians can understand the purpose of the study, have sufficient compliance with the research scheme, and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)接受过立体定向放疗或手术治疗； (2)颅脑增强磁共振禁忌症：如对比剂过敏、幽闭恐惧症、金属物植入等。 (3)筛选前 3 个月以内参加过其它任何药物或医疗器械临床试验的受试者； (4)研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The patient has a history of stereotactic radiotherapy or surgery (2) Contraindication to MRI and cannot cooperate to complete the scan.: contrast agent allergy, claustrophobia, metal implants, etc. (3) Participants who had participated in any other drug or medical device clinical trial within 3 months before screening; (4) Subjects deemed by the investigators to be ineligible for participation in the trial.
