研究目的：

收集胆胰管显微成像导管用于胆总管结石、胆管狭窄等胆道疾病诊断的图谱，初步探索其诊断价值  

Objectives of Study：

To collect images of confocal laser microendoscopy with biliary pancreas probe for diagnosis of bile duct diseases such as choledocholithiasis and bile duct stenosis, and explore its diagnostic value

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

满足以下所有入组选项的患者方可纳入本研究： 1.年龄18-80周岁； 2.由于胆总管结石进行经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术治疗且完成取石治疗者或者不明原因的胆管狭窄，拟进行经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术治疗者； 3.适用且受试者愿意接受胆胰管显微成像导管进行诊断者； 4.愿意遵守研究程序者； 5.愿意签署书面的知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

Patients who met all of the following enrollment options were eligible for inclusion in the study: 1. 18-80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography due to choledocholithiasis and completion of lithotomy or patients with unexplained bile duct stenosis who plan to undergo endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography; 3. Suitable and the subject is willing to accept confocal laser microendoscopy with biliary pancreas probe for diagnosis; 4. Willing to follow research procedures; 5. Willing to sign a written informed consent form

排除标准：

出现以下任何一项的患者将不能纳入本研究： 1.ERCP手术禁忌的受试者； 2.已知过敏性疾病、肾功能下降或哮喘等作为注射荧光素的禁忌症者； 3.对荧光素染料过敏者； 4.凝血障碍者； 5.急诊ERCP患者； 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 7.十二指肠乳头狭窄； 8.其余研究者认为不适合参与研究的患者，如部分有高危感染因素的肝门部胆管癌。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any of the following symptoms will not be included in the study: 1. Subjects contraindicated by ERCP surgery; 2. Patients with known allergic diseases, decreased renal function or asthma as contraindications for injection of fluorescein; 3. Allergic to fluorescein dyes; 4. People with coagulation disorders; 5. Emergency ERCP patients; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Duodenal papillary stenosis; 8. Other patients considered unsuitable for the study by the researchers, such as some hilar cholangiocarcinoma with high risk of infection.
