研究目的：

1.1 调查甘肃省女性癌症患者自我倡权行为相关因素 本研究以甘肃省内所有三级和二级医院进行住院治疗的女性癌症患者为研究对象，全面了解该人群的自我倡权行为现状，在调查问卷的基础上开展甘肃省女性癌症患者自我倡权行为及影响因素研究。 1.2 构建女性癌症患者自我倡权行为结构方程模型 探讨女性癌症患者自我倡权影响因素的交互作用机制，解释相关因素对自我倡权的作用路径和大小。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 To investigate the factors related to self-advocacy of rights among female cancer patients in Gansu Province In this study, female cancer patients who received inpatient treatment in all tertiary and secondary hospitals in Gansu Province were selected as the research objects to comprehensively understand the status quo of self-advocacy behavior of this population. Based on the questionnaire, self-advocacy behavior and influencing factors of female cancer patients in Gansu Province were studied. 1.2 Construct the structural equation model of self-advocacy of power behavior in female cancer patients To explore the interaction mechanism of influencing factors on self-advocacy rights in female cancer patients, and to explain the path and magnitude of related factors on self-advocacy rights.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经病理学确诊为癌症的女性患者；
（2）年龄≥18岁；
（3）意识清醒，能够理解问卷内容；
（4）知晓自己的病情及诊断；
（5）自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients diagnosed with cancer by pathology; (2) ≥18 years of age; (3) Clear consciousness, able to understand the content of the questionnaire; (4) Know your condition and diagnosis; (5) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）病情不稳定或病情危重者；
（2）有认知障碍或精神病史者；
（3）无法耐受研究过程中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unstable or critically ill patients; (2) Those with a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness; (3) Those who could not tolerate withdrawal during the study process.
