研究目的：

建立以证据为基础的针对保护性因素的化疗期胃癌患者心理弹性干预方案，并评估其可行性、可接受性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish an evidence-based intervention program for patients with protective factors and evaluate its feasibility, acceptability and effectiveness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病理诊断为胃癌的患者；②年龄≥18周岁；③在医院静脉化疗，具备随访条件；④知情同意并能够配合者。

Inclusion criteria

（1)patients with a pathological gastric cancer diagnosis; (2)age ≥ 18 years;(3)hospital-based Intravenous infusion chemotherapy with monitoring; (4)collaborate and provide their informed consent.

排除标准：

①理解沟通障碍的患者；②既往有心理障碍及精神病史者；③患者和家属双方都不会使用微信者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)have trouble comprehending communication;(2) individuals with a prior history of psychiatric or psychological illnesses;(3)People who are not patients or family members are unable to utilize WeChat.
