研究目的：

1.建立及维护高质量的早产儿疾病与健康的研究队列及医学数据库。 2.研究NICU住院早产儿疾病及预后的纵向变迁和横向比较，了解疾病预后结局及相关因素分析。 3.对出院后的早产儿进行随访研究，了解其不同年龄段的生长发育情况、神经行为发育结局和生存质量，及其相关因素分析。 4.通过数据收集，绘制早产儿生长发育曲线。 5.应用研究收集的临床数据生成 NICU住院早产儿疾病及健康的的研究报告，该报告可用于医院和卫生部门的质量评价及质量改进。  

Objectives of Study：

1 Establish and maintain a high-quality research cohort and medical database for the disease and health of premature infants. 2. Study the longitudinal changes and horizontal comparison of the disease and prognosis of preterm infants hospitalized in NICU to understand the disease outcomes and related factors. 3. Follow-up study of premature infants after discharge will be taken to understand the growth and development, neurobehavioral developmental outcomes and quality of life of different ages, and related factors. 4. Draw the growth and development curves of premature infants through data collection. 5. Apply the clinical data collected from the study to generate a study report on the disease and health of the NICU hospitalized premature infants, which can be used for quality evaluation and quality improvement in hospitals and health departments.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）所有入住新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）的新生儿，且出生体重低于2500克或胎龄小于 37周或小于胎龄儿（SGA）； （2）产房/手术室内分娩后死亡的胎龄≥24 周的早产儿。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), with birth weight below 2500 g or <37 weeks for gestational age or small for gestational age infant (SGA); (2) premature infants at 24 weeks of death in the delivery room / operating room.

排除标准：

家长拒绝参与研究。
