研究目的：

本研究基于本院的真实世界数据，旨在以老年新冠感染者为研究对象，对其服用小分子抗病毒药（包括阿兹夫定片等5种药物）治疗的有效性、安全性和影响治疗失败的因素等开展回顾性研究，以期为老年新冠感染者后续治疗提供真实世界的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the real world data of our hospital, this study aims to conduct a retrospective study on the effectiveness, safety and factors affecting treatment failure of small molecule antiviral drugs (including Azovudine and other five drugs) taken by the elderly infected with COVID-19, so as to provide real world evidence for the follow-up treatment of elderly infected with COVID-19.

纳入标准：

① 实足年龄60岁及以上；② 新冠病毒核酸检测或抗原检测阳性。

Inclusion criteria

① The actual age is 60 years and above; ② The nucleic acid test or antigen test of COVID-19 is positive.

排除标准：

① 未进行新冠病毒核酸检测和抗原检测或新冠病毒感染状态未知；②实验室检查数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

① no COVID-19 nucleic acid test and antigen test or unknown COVID-19 infection status; ② Laboratory examination data is missing.
