研究目的：

评价基于俞募配穴的穴位埋线对超重/肥胖减重的有效性和安全性；比较基于俞募配穴的不同深度穴位埋线对超重/肥胖减重的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect and safety of thread-embedding therapy based on Shu-mu combined points for weight loss in overweight/obesity; To compare the effect of different depth thread-embedding therapy based on Shu-mu combined points for weight loss in overweight/obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合上述超重或者肥胖的诊断标准，即BMI≥24kg/m^2； ②18岁≤年龄≤45岁，男女不限； ③自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书者。 同时符合以上纳入标准者，可以纳入试验。

Inclusion criteria

(1) BMI≥24kg/m^2. (2)18 years old ≤ Age ≤45 years old. (3) Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

①继发性肥胖，如下丘脑性肥胖、原发性甲状腺功能减退症、库欣综合征、多囊卵巢综合征、垂体疾病、胰岛素增多、性腺分泌变化及药物引起的继发性肥胖症患者； ②BMI≥24.0kg/m^2且存在超重或肥胖合并症或BMI≥28.0 kg/m^2的既往经生活方式干预后未达到治疗目标（减重5%）受试者； ③BMI≥32.5 kg/m^2； ④严重心脑血管、肝、肾或其他原发性疾病； ⑤精神障碍无法配合者； ⑥凝血异常； ⑦蛋白质或可吸收性外科缝线（胶原蛋白）或针具过敏者； ⑧瘢痕体质； ⑨处于妊娠期、哺乳期、围绝经期女性； ⑩近3个月内接受过药物或其他减肥方式治疗者。 凡符合以上排除标准中任意一条者，均不能纳入该试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary obesity. (2) Subjects who did not reach the treatment target (5% weight loss) after previous lifestyle intervention. (3) BMI≥ 32.5kg /m^2; (4) Serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, or other primary diseases. (5) Mental disorders unable to cooperate. (6) Abnormal coagulation. (7) Allergic to protein or absorbable surgical sutures (collagen) or needles. (8) scar constitution. (9) Women in pregnancy, lactation, and perimenopause. (10) Those who have received medication or other weight loss treatment within the last 3 months.
