研究目的：

胃镜检查作为评估和治疗小儿消化系统疾病的一项重要技术已被广泛应用于临床，而无插管全身麻醉是胃镜检查最常用的麻醉方法。环泊酚是我国自主研发的新型 2，6-双取代苯酚衍生物静脉麻醉药，其镇静效果与丙泊酚相似，但是低血压、呼吸抑制、注射痛的发生率较低，具有清晰的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程安全性高。与丙泊酚相比，其与GABAA受体的亲和力更高，具有起效快、恢复快、效价高、注射痛少等特点，是舒适化诊疗的优选。但是目前环泊酚在小儿麻醉中的用药效果尚未明确，因此，本课题拟探究环泊酚在小儿胃镜检查中应用的安全性与有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Gastroscopy, as an important technique for the evaluation and treatment of digestive system diseases in children, has been widely used in clinic, and general anesthesia without cannula is the most commonly used anesthesia method for gastroscopy. Cyclopofol is a new 2, 6-dissubstituted phenol derivative intravenous anesthetic independently developed in China. Its sedative effect is similar to that of propofol, but the incidence of hypotension, respiratory depression and injection pain is low, and it has a clear process of absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion with high safety. Compared with propofol, its affinity with GABAA receptor is higher, and it has the characteristics of rapid onset, rapid recovery, high titer, less injection pain, etc., so it is the best choice for comfortable diagnosis and treatment. However, the drug effect of cyclopofol in pediatric anesthesia is not clear at present. Therefore, this topic intends to explore the safety and effectiveness of cyclopofol in pediatric gastroscopy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级； 2）拟接受择期气管镜检查的儿童； 3）年龄1~12岁； 4）BMI18~28kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1) ASAⅠ~Ⅲ grade 2) Children who plan to receive elective tracheoscopy 3) Age range from 1 to 10 years 4) BMI18~28kg/m2.

排除标准：

1）有麻醉药物过敏史者； 2）先天性心脏病者（法洛四联症、动脉导管未闭、室间隔缺损、肺动脉高压）； 3）有严重神经、精神疾病，认知功能障碍者； 4）围术期4周内有麻醉经历者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a history of anaesthetic drug allergy 2) Congenital heart disease (tetralogy of Fallot, patent ductus arteriosus, ventricular septal defect, pulmonary hypertension) 3) People with severe neurological and mental diseases and cognitive dysfunction 4) Patients with perioperative experience of general anesthesia within 4 weeks.
