1.参加每年学校视力筛查检查的天津市各区中小学生 2.年龄5-18岁

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary and secondary school students from all districts of Tianjin who participate in the annual school vision screening examination 2. Age 5-18 years old

排除标准：

1.本人患有任何全身系统性疾病 2.患有除近视以外的其他眼科疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from any systemic disease 2. Suffering from any eye disease other than myopia

The stratified block randomization method is employed, where schools are stratified based on different stages (primary, middle, high school), and the geographical regions in which schools are located are divided into blocks. Within each block, a systematic random sampling approach is used to select schools from different strata for the distribution of survey questionnaires.
