研究目的：

FAPI-PET/CT无可争议的为肿瘤及几种良性疾病的诊断和治疗提供了一个新的独特的方法。但是，迄今为止FAPI-PET/CT显像在部分恶性肿瘤和良性疾病中（如炎性及伴有纤维化的疾病）的表达及高度表达的确切机制仍不清楚，进一步研究该显像剂对类风湿关节炎的诊断和治疗及预后判断有重要的意义。  

Objectives of Study：

FAPI PET/CT undoubtedly provides a new and unique method for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and several benign diseases. However, the exact mechanism of the expression and high expression of FAPI-PET/CT imaging in some malignant tumors and benign diseases (such as inflammatory and fibrotic diseases) is still unclear, and further research on the imaging agent for the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis.

纳入标准：

所有类风湿关节炎受检患者年龄≥18岁，自愿参加该研究，并书面签署FAPI-PET/CT显像知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

All rheumatoid arthritis patients aged ≥ 18 years voluntarily participated in the study and signed the FAPI-PET/CT imaging informed consent form in writing.

排除标准：

垂危急救病人，呼吸抑制、（肺）气道阻塞或组织缺氧者；药物及（或）酒精滥用者，过敏体质者；不能耐受和配合检查者；经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Critically ill patients, those with respiratory depression, airway obstruction or tissue hypoxia; Drug and/or alcohol abusers, allergic individuals; Those who cannot tolerate and cooperate with the examination; Those who, in the judgment of the researcher, are not suitable for participation in this study.
