研究目的：

本研究的目的为在现有北京大学第一医院麻醉学住院医师规范化培训课程的基础上，使用Delphi法确定适用于住院医师规范化培训各阶段的EPA项目，以期对现有的胜任力为导向的住院医师培训体系进行改良，最终形成基于EPAs的完整的麻醉学住院医师规范化培训课程体系，以及基于EPAs的评价体系，继而进一步提高我国麻醉学住院医师的培训质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use Delphi method to determine the EPA program suitable for each stage of the standardized training of residents in Peking University First Hospital, based on the existing standardized training courses of anesthesiology, in order to improve the existing competency-oriented resident training system. Finally, a complete standardized training curriculum system based on EPAs and an evaluation system based on EPAs will be formed, which will further improve the training quality of anesthesiology residents in China.

纳入标准：

（1）至少5年以上的临床教学经验；（2）清晰了解住院医师培训的要求和胜任力导向的医学教育（competency-based medical education，CBME）；（3）了解EPAs教育教学评估体系；（4）同意参加Delphi研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1)At least 5 years clinical teaching experience;(2) with a clear understanding of the requirements of residency training and competency-based medical education (CBME) ; (3)Understand the EPAs education and teaching evaluation system; (4)Agree to participate in the Delphi study.
