比较氢吗啡酮复合局麻药骶管阻滞复合全麻和局麻药骶管阻滞复合全麻对小儿术后免疫功能影响的预测  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the prediction of effects of hydromorphone combined with local anesthetic sacral block combined with general anesthesia on postoperative immune function in children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①尿道下裂患儿：年龄1-3岁，性别不限；②ASA I～II 级；③全麻复合骶管阻滞择期手术患儿。

Inclusion criteria

Children with hypospadias: 1-3 years old, no gender limitation; ②ASA GRADE I ~ II; ③ Children undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia combined with sacral canal block.

排除标准：

①严重低血容量和休克患儿。②血小板数量功能异常或凝血功能异常的患儿。③穿刺部位有感染的患儿。④本身就有神经中枢、神经系统疾病的患者，特别是脊髓和脊神经根有病变的。⑤患儿在手术前有颅内高压的症状。⑥患儿患有急性或严重的支气管哮喘。

Exclusion criteria：

① Children with severe hypovolemia and shock. ② Children with abnormal platelet number function or abnormal coagulation function. ③ Children with infection at the puncture site. ④ Patients with central nervous system diseases, especially spinal. ⑥ The child suffers from acute or severe bronchial asthma.
