研究目的：

本临床回顾性研究通过对课题组上戴牙1年及以上的患者进行复查随访，获取戴牙后1-8年的随访数据比较研究上前牙区种植体根方骨开窗对种植体的长期影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This clinical retrospective study aimed to compare the long-term effects of buccal bone fenestration around implants in the anterior region through a follow-up examination of patients restoring for 1-8 years.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）已完成前牙种植的患者； 2）GBR同期植入骨组织水平种植体； 3）可寻得完整的、可靠的术前、术中、术后资料及照片； 4） 患者已戴牙1年及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1) possibility to place one or several dental implants with or without adjunctive augmentation procedures in anterior upper jaw 2) implant bone level implants with GBR 3) Complete and reliable preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative information and photographs can be found 4) Patients had been followed for a minimum of 1 years

排除标准：

1）修复前CBCT植体颊侧有骨开裂； 2）患者无法复诊随访； 3）临时牙佩戴时间超过1年； 4）半口或全口牙列缺失; 5）种植牙无对颌牙。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a buccal bone dehiscence in the secondary stage 2) Patients who can’t be recalled back 3) Patients repaired with temporary crown for more than 1 year 4) dentition defect 5) Dental implants do not have opposite jaw teeth
