研究目的：

获取HBV-ACLF肝体积变化数据，探索HBV-ACLF患者的肝体积及其变化趋势与28天、3个月死亡率的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To obtain the liver volume change data of HBV-ACLF, and explore the correlation between liver volume and its change trend and 28-day and 3-month mortality in HBV-ACLF patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）乙肝慢加急性肝衰竭患者的诊断符合2018版肝衰竭诊疗指南：①有慢性乙型肝炎基础疾病；②有纳差、乏力、眼黄、肤黄等症状；③血清TBil≥10 * ULN或每日上升≥17.1 umol／L；④PTA≤40％(或INR≥1.5)。（2）年龄在18岁-80岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with chronic hepatitis B plus acute liver failure were diagnosed in accordance with the 2018 edition of the liver failure diagnosis and treatment guidelines: (1) Patients with chronic hepatitis B underlying diseases; (2) poor appetite, fatigue, yellow eyes, yellow skin and other symptoms; ③ Serum TBil≥10 * ULN or daily increase ≥17.1 umol/L; ④PTA≤ 40% (or INR≥1.5). (2) Between the ages of 18 and 80.

排除标准：

（1）合并肝占位性疾病、肝脓肿、脂肪肝；（2）合并精神障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Liver occupying disease, liver abscess, fatty liver; (2) Patients with mental disorders.
