研究目的：

1.明确UDFF联合auto-pSWE技术定量评估肝脂肪变性程度的临床有效性及诊断阈值。 2.探讨UDFF联合auto-pSWE技术评估脂肪肝进程的主要相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the effective of UDFF combined with auto-pSWE for evaluating the level of liver fat. 2. To study the main relative factors of UDFF combined with auto-pSWE for evaluating liver fat.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18周岁，且≤85周岁的中国公民；
2.常规超声发现肝脏弥漫性脂肪肝或不均匀性脂肪肝；
3.符合国际指南颁布的MAFLD诊断标准：基于肝脏脂肪积聚（肝细胞脂肪变性）的组织学（肝活检）、影像学或血液生物标志物证据，同时合并以下3项条件之一：超重/肥胖（BMI ≥23 kg/m2）、2型糖尿病、代谢功能障碍。代谢功能障碍的定义是至少存在以下代谢风险因素中的两项：
（1）亚洲人腰围 ≥ 90/80 cm（男／女）；
（2）动脉血压≥130/85 mmHg 正在应用降压药物治疗；
（3）高甘油三酯（TG）血症：空腹血清 TG ≥150 mg/dl（≥1.70 mmol/L）或正在服用降血脂药物治疗；
（4）高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-c）血症：空腹血清 HDL-c 男性< 40 mg/dl（<1.0 mmol/L），女性< 50 mg/dl（<1.3 mmol/L）或特定药物治疗；
（5）糖尿病前期（即空腹血糖水平 100 - 125 mg/dl [5.6 - 6.9 mmol/L]，或餐后 2 小时血糖水平 140- 199 mg/dl [7.8- 11.0 mmol]或 HbA1c 5.7%- 6.4% [39- 47 mmol/mol]）；
（6）胰岛素抵抗评分的稳态模型评估 ≥2.5；
（7）血浆 C 反应蛋白水平 >2 mg/L。
4.拟于一周内行肝组织学病理诊断或MRI-PDFF评估脂肪肝程度者；
5.无明显出血风险（血小板≥50x109/L，凝血酶原时间国际标准化比值IRN≤1.5）；
6.患者同意加入本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese patients aged 18-85 years;
2. Patients with diffuse or uneven fatty liver in conventional ultrasound.
3. Accordance with the definition of MAFLD: A positive diagnosis of MAFLD are based on histological (biopsy), imaging or blood biomarker evidence of fat accumulation in the liver (hepatic steatosis) in addition to one of the following three criteria, namely overweight/obesity, presence of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), or evidence of metabolic dysregulation. The latter is defined by the presence of at least two metabolic risk abnormalities:
(1) Waist circumference >= 90/80 cm in men and women;
(2) Blood pressure >= 130/85 mmHg or specific drug treatment;
(3) Plasma triglycerides >= 150 mg/dl (>= 1.70 mmol/L) or specific drug treatment;
(4) Plasma HDL-cholesterol < 40mg/dl (< 1.0mmlo/L) for men and < 50 mg/dl (< 1.3mmol/L) for women or specific drug treatment;
(5) Prediabetes (i.e., fasting glucose levels 100 to 125 mg/dl [5.6 to 6.9 mmol/L], or 2-hour post-load glucose levels 140 to 199 mg/dl [7.8 to 11.0 mmol] or HbA1c 5.7% to 6.4% [39 to 47 mmol/mol]);
(6) Homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance score >= 2.5;
(7) Plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level > 2 mg/L.
4. Patients who will conduct liver biopsy or MRI-PDFF to evaluate the grade of liver fat within one week of UDFF examination.
5. Patients without bleeding risk (Plate>= 50 x 10^9/L, IRN <= 1.5).
6. Sign the informed consent.
