研究目的：

本项目旨在调查供精ART助孕治疗患者的治疗决策困境现状，构建一种基于叙事医学的决策辅助模式，并探讨其在供精ART助孕患者中的应用效果，对患者决策困境、焦虑抑郁情绪、决策满意度和决策后悔的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to investigate the current situation of treatment decision-making dilemma in donor assisted reproductive patients, construct a decision-making assistance model based on narrative medicine, and explore its application effect in donor assisted reproductive patients, and its influence on patients' decision-making dilemma, anxiety and depression, decision satisfaction and decision regret.

纳入标准：

1.经诊断符合供精辅助生殖技术助孕治疗指征
2.夫妇双方年龄≤45周岁
3.患者具有初中及以上文化水平
4.首次接受供精辅助生殖技术助孕治疗
5.知情并自愿参加本课题研究者

Inclusion criteria

1.To meet the indications of donor assisted reproductive technology treatment
2.The age of the couple is ≤ 45 years old
3.Patients with junior high school and above education level
4.The first time to accept donor assisted reproductive technology treatment
5.Informed and volunteered to participate in the study

排除标准：

1.既往曾有辅助生殖治疗史
2.初中以下文化水平或无法独立完成问卷者
3.拒绝配合研究
4.正在参加其他临床研究的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of assisted reproductive treatment
2.Patients with education level below junior high school or unable to complete the questionnaire independently
3.Refused to cooperate the project
4.Patients who are participating in other clinical studies
