研究目的：

明确袖状胃切除术后机体糖代谢和胰岛功能的变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To illustrate the alterations of glucose tolerance and pancreatic islets function after sleeve gastrectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.T2DM 病程≤10 年，且胰岛仍存有一定的胰岛素分泌功能，空腹血清C 肽≥正常值下限的1/2； 2.27.5

Inclusion criteria

1.T2DM duration less than 10 years with endocrine function of pancreatic islets remained; 2.BMI 27.5 to 40; 3.Aged between 18 and 65 years old.

排除标准：

1.明确诊断为非肥胖型1 型糖尿病； 2.胰岛B 细胞功能已基本丧失，血清C 肽水平低或糖负荷下C 肽释放曲线低平； 3.妊娠糖尿病及某些特殊类型糖尿病病人； 4.滥用药物或酒精成瘾或患有难以控制的精神疾病； 5.不能配合术后饮食及生活习惯的改变，依从性差者； 6.全身状况差，难以耐受全身麻醉或手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2.No function of B cells of pancreatic islets; 3.Gestational diabetes mellitus; 4.Drug or alcohol abuse and uncontrollable mental disorder; 5.Patients with poor compliance in alteration of diets and life style; 6.Intolerance of surgery or anesthesia because of poor body condition.
