研究目的：

本研究通过横断面调查，采用潜在剖面分析探究腹膜透析患者容量管理行为的潜在类别及其影响因素，在潜在类别基础上探讨疾病感知、应对方式、容量管理行为三者之间的关系，并检验应对方式在疾病感知与容量管理行为间的中介作用，为构建提高腹膜透析患者容量管理行为，改善容量超负荷，提高居家腹膜透析患者生存质量的综合干预措施提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study used a cross-sectional survey and latent profile analysis to explore the potential categories and influencing factors of volume management behavior in peritoneal dialysis patients. Based on the latent categories, the relationship between illness perception, coping mode, and volume management behavior was explored, and the mediating effect of coping mode between illness perception and volume management behavior was tested. This study provides a reference basis for constructing comprehensive intervention measures to improve the volume management behavior of peritoneal dialysis patients, reduce volume overload, and improve the quality of life of home-based peritoneal dialysis patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①终末期肾脏病，接受腹膜透析规律治疗3个月以上且病情稳定者；②年龄≥18岁；③具备一定沟通理解能力，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with end-stage renal disease who have received regular peritoneal dialysis treatment for more than 3 months and have stable condition; ②Age ≥18 years; ③Have certain communication and understanding abilities, and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

①有恶性肿瘤、严重心脑血管疾病、严重感染等合并症者；②有各种精神疾病、听力、视力障碍不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with complications such as malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and severe infections; ②Patients with various mental illnesses, hearing or visual impairments who are unable to cooperate.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究严格按照样本的纳入和排除标准，入苏州市某三甲医院腹膜透析中心，征得腹膜透析患者同意并签署“知情同意书”，经科室负责人同意后，进行资料收集工作。 填写问卷前详细向患者解释说明本研究的目的和内容以及调查结果的保密性，在取得患者的理解和同意后，签署知情同意书。对于能够独立完成问卷者，由研究对象自行填写，研究者本人站在旁边为其解答问题；对于不能自行填写者，可由调查人员帮助代填写。本研究的问卷由研究者本人统一发放，并采用统一的指导语告知患者问卷填写方法及注意事项，问卷完成后检查问卷是否遗漏条目、填写完整、规范等，并当场回收问卷。 回收的问卷编码后，双人把数据录入epidata软件中，并进行检查核对。录入工作结束后，由研究者将调查资料妥善保管在档案柜中，非相关人员不得打开翻阅。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study strictly followed the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the samples, and was conducted in the peritoneal dialysis center of a tertiary hospital in Suzhou. After obtaining the consent of peritoneal dialysis patients and signing the "informed consent form", data collection was carried out with the approval of the department head. Before filling out the questionnaire, the purpose, content, and confidentiality of the study results were explained in detail to the patients. After obtaining the patient's understanding and consent, the informed consent form was signed. For those who can independently complete the questionnaire, the research subjects filled it out themselves, and the researcher stood by to answer their questions. For those who cannot fill it out themselves, the investigator may assist in filling it out. The questionnaire for this study was uniformly distributed by the researcher and a unified guide was used to inform patients of the questionnaire filling method and precautions. After completing the questionnaire, the investigator checked whether the questionnaire was missing items, complete, and standardized, and collected the questionnaire on the spot. Two researchers encoded the collected questionnaires and entered them into Epidata for further checking and verification to ensure the accuracy of the data entry. After the data entry was completed, the researchers properly stored the survey materials in a filing cabinet, which could only be accessed by authorized personnel.
