评估基于患者的干预方式对监测率、早期诊断率的影响；比较不同层级风险人群监测依从性及其随时间变化的趋势，探索不同危险层级人群干预的机会期和干预方式，为临床实践提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Assessment based on the patient's intervention programs for the influence of surveillance rate,and early diagnosis rate; To compare the surveillance compliance of different risk groups and its change trend with time, and explore the opportunity period and intervention methods of intervention of different risk groups, so as to provide reference basis for clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：18 岁以上；自愿加入；参照《乙型病毒性肝炎诊断标准》（WS299-2018）、《丙型病毒性肝炎诊断标准》（WS213-2018）诊断标准和《原发性肝癌的分层筛查与监测指南（2020 版）》中的监测人群，符合乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染诊断、丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染诊断、非酒精性脂肪肝诊断、肝硬化诊断，以及有肝癌的家族病史以及长期酗酒的患者或食用受黄曲霉毒素污染的食物的肝癌风险人群。

Inclusion criteria

Over 18 years old; the surveillance population in the voluntary enrollmentreference to the diagnostic criteria in the Diagnostic Criteria for Viral Hepatitis B (WS299-2018),Diagnostic Criteria for Viral Hepatitis C》 (WS213-2018) and 《Guidelines for Stratified Screening and Surveillance of Primary Liver Cancer》 (2020 Edition), meeting the diagnoses of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection diagnosis, nonalcoholic fatty liver diagnosis, cirrhosis diagnosis, and those at risk for liver cancer with a family history of liver cancer and long-term alcohol abuse or consumption of aflatoxin-contaminated food.

排除标准：

有肝癌病史；有人体免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染；在研究开始前或随访期间接受肝脏移植；有精神障碍而不能配合调查

Exclusion criteria：

History of liver cancer; Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; Liver transplantation before the start of the study or during follow-up; Unable to cooperate with the investigation due to mental disorder.
