研究目的：

研究右美托咪定（DEX）是否对妇科腹腔镜手术中采用Trendelenburg体位的患者有心脏保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the cardioprotective effect of DEX on Trendelenburg patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

全麻下行妇科腹腔镜手术且手术时间超过3小时（其中采用Trendelenburg体位时间超过1小时），年龄18-65岁、ASAI-III级、18.5 kg/m2 < 体重指数（body mass index，BMI） < 29.9 kg/m2的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia and the operation time was more than 3 hours (Trendelenburg position was adopted for more than 1 hour), aged 18-65 years old, with ASA I-III grade, and 18.5 kg/m2 < BMI < 29.9 kg/m2.

排除标准：

心功能Ⅲ或IV级；既往有心、肺、肝、肾等器官的相关病史，孕期或哺乳期妇女；术中发生皮下气肿、纵隔气肿、气胸及严重高碳酸血症，或中转开腹的手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Cardiac function III or IV; Previous medical history of heart, lung, liver and kidney, pregnant or lactating women; Intraoperative subcutaneous emphysema, mediastinal emphysema, pneumothorax and severe hypercapnia, or conversion to laparotomy.
