研究目的：

1.验证针灸治疗围绝经期潮热的有效性及安全性。 2.评估针灸治疗对围绝经期妇女健康相关生活质量的影响。 3.明确针灸治疗围绝经期潮热的长短期疗效。 4.为进一步设计多中心大样本的临床随机对照试验提供可靠基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the efficacy and safety of acupuncture in the treatment of peri-menopausal VMS; 2. To assess the impact of acupuncture on the health-related quality of life in perimenopausal women; 3. To define the long-term and short-term effects of acupuncture on peri-menopausal VMS; 4. To provide a reliable basis for the further design of multi-center large sample clinical randomized controlled trials.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合围绝经期诊断标准和更年期综合征标准；
2.符合绝经前后诸症之潮热的诊断标准；
3.年龄45~60岁；
4.潮热次数≥4次/日；
5.知情同意，自愿参加研究，同意随访者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the peri-menopausal diagnostic criteria and menopausal syndrome criteria;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hot flashes before and after menopause;
3. Aged 45 to 60 years old;
4. VMS ≥ 4 times / day;
5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the study, consent to follow-up.

排除标准：

1.目前患有严重的心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等严重危及生命的疾病；
2.卵巢和/或子宫切除者；
3.患有精神疾患，或有严重的认知障碍，不能参与合作的患者；
4.入组前30天内接受其他临床试验，可能影响本研究效应指标观测者；
5.入组前30天内使用性激素类药物者；
6.入组前6个月内接受过针刺的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic diseases, malignant tumors and other serious life-threatening diseases;
2. Woman in Ovarian and / or hysterectomy;
3. Patients with mental disorders or with severe cognitive impairment who cannot participate in cooperation;
4. Patients who accept other clinical trials within 30 days before enrollment;
5. Patients who used sex hormones within 30 days before enrollment;
6. Patients who received acupuncture within the first 6 months of enrollment.

本试验采用随机数字方法进行分组，通过操作SPSS 24.0软件得出随机数字，并制成随机分配卡片，用不透明信封密封，信封序号与卡片序号相同。病例按其就诊的先后次序拆号码相同的信封，按信封内卡规定的分组将所观察的病例按照1：1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。
