研究目的:

本项目旨在基于误差反向传播神经网络构建术中非计划低体温风险预测模型并进行前瞻性的验证,为临床医护人员提供一个更准确、更高效的术中非计划低体温风险评估工具,及早预警低体温,形成“有险必防,无险不过度防”的围术期体温管理策略,降低术中非计划低体 温的发生率,提高围术期低体温管理效能。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to construct and prospectively validate an unplanned hypothermia risk prediction model based on error back propagation neural network, to provide clinical staff with a more accurate and efficient risk assessment tool for unplanned hypothermia in the perioperative period, to provide early warning of hypothermia, to form a perioperative hypothermia management strategy of "prevent if there is risk, not over-prevent if there is no risk", to reduce the incidence of unplanned hypothermia in the perioperative period, and to improve the effectiveness of perioperative hypothermia management. The aim of this study is to provide a more accurate and efficient risk assessment tool for unplanned hypothermia in surgery, to provide early warning of hypothermia, and to develop a strategy for perioperative hypothermia management that is "prevented if there is a risk, not over-prevented if there is no risk.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

①18岁≤年龄≤80岁;②全麻择期手术患者;③知情同意参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

① 18 years≤Age≤80years; ② Patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia; ③ Informed consent to participate in this study

排除标准:

①平常体温<36℃;②需要控制性降低体温的手术;③影响体温调节的颅脑手术;④合并甲状腺功能异常的手术患者

Exclusion criteria:

(1) normal body temperature <36℃; (2) surgery requiring controlled temperature reduction; (3) cranial surgery affecting thermoregulation; (4) surgery patients with combined thyroid function abnormalities
