Objectives of Study：

To investigate the risk factors of postoperative complicatins after free flap reconstruction in head, neck and maxillofacial surgery, and to construct a predictive model based on the risk factors and evaluate its predictive performance.

纳入标准：

年龄≤85岁的成年人、ASA分级I-III级、择期在全麻下行游离皮瓣重建术；

Inclusion criteria

Adults ≤85 years old, ASA grade I-III, free flap reconstruction under general anesthesia;

排除标准：

资料不全≥20%的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with incomplete data ≥20% were excluded
