分析延续性护理对敬老院老年患者认知水平、不良事件及护理满意率的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the effect of continuity of care on cognitive level, adverse events and nursing satisfaction rate of elderly patients in nursing homes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄60-80岁；②敬老院居住时间>6个月；③语言、视力、行为能力正常的老年患者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age: 60-80 years old; ② Residence time in nursing homes>6 months; ③ Elderly patients with normal language, vision, and behavioral abilities.

排除标准：

①有严重的精神障碍的老年患者；②有严重神经疾病的老年患者; ③有严重的认知水平障碍的老年患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Elderly patients with severe mental disorders; ② Elderly patients with severe neurological diseases; ③ Elderly patients with severe cognitive impairment.
