研究目的：

检测血药浓度临床及设备研发。荧光探针分子方法检测时间短，期望能够提供临床床边检测方法.  

Objectives of Study：

Clinical and equipment research and development of blood drug concentration detection. The newly established method has a short detection time and is expected to provide a clinical bedside detection method.

纳入标准：

1. 入ICU，年龄大于等于18岁； 2. 应用美罗培南 3. 自愿签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. ICU patients and Age ≥ 18; 2. Application of meropenem 3. Sign the informed consent voluntarily

排除标准：

1、拒绝实验患者；
2、各种原因导致最后收集资料不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Reject the experimental patients;

2. The final data collected is incomplete due to various reasons;
