研究目的：

（1）探讨绝经期子宫肌瘤患者的肌瘤生长状况，明确绝经及绝经年限对子宫肌瘤生长的影响； （2）探讨影响绝经期子宫肌瘤生长的相关因素，以期为此类患者的临床诊治提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Explore the growth status of uterine fibroids in postmenopausal patients, and clarify the impact of menopause and menopausal years on uterine fibroid growth; (2) Explore the relevant factors that affect the growth of uterine fibroids during menopause, in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatments of these patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄40-70岁女性，自然绝经≥1年； （2）肌瘤个数＜5个； （3）患者同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female aged 40-70, with natural menopause of ≥ 1 year; (2) <5 fibroids; (3) The patient agrees to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）既往或监测期间使用绝经激素治疗/HIFU治疗； （2）近6个月拟行子宫手术治疗的患者； （3）合并子宫腺肌病或腺肌瘤的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Using menopausal hormone therapy/HIFU therapy in the past or during monitoring; (2) Patients who plan to undergo uterine surgery in the next 6 months; (3) Patients with concomitant uterine adenomyosis or adenomyoma.
