探讨高频叠加喷射通气在支气管镜检查中的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and effectiveness of high frequency superimposed jet ventilation in bronchoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①拟于复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院全身麻醉下行支气管镜检查。 ②年龄18~90岁。 ③手术时间≥15min。 ④自愿参加并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Bronchoscopy under general anesthesia in Xiamen Hospital, Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University. ② The age ranges from 18 to 90 years old. ③ Operation time ≥15min. ④ Participate voluntarily and sign informed consent

排除标准：

①由于颈椎融合或不稳定，无法承受颈部过度伸展或旋转； ②不能在仰卧位麻醉 ③哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺病的急性加重，或有气胸风险的肺大泡 ④严重心脑血管疾病 ⑤存在使用喉罩的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

① Unable to withstand excessive neck extension or rotation due to cervical fusion or instability; ② Anesthesia should not be performed in the supine position ③ Acute exacerbations of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or bullae with the risk of pneumothorax (4) Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ⑤ There are contraindications to the use of laryngeal mask
