1.寻找溃疡性结肠炎一年内发生病情进展的风险因素 2.建立一年内发生急性重症溃疡性结肠炎的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify risk factors for disease progression within 1 year of ulcerative colitis 2.Develop a predictive model for acute severe ulcerative colitis within one year

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1).2018.01-2021.12至江苏省人民医院和江苏省苏北人民医院就诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者
2).符合溃疡性结肠炎诊断
3).临床，内镜，影像、病理资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1). Patients with ulcerative colitis who registered in Jiangsu Province Hospital and Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021.
2). Consistent with the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis
3). The clinical, endoscopic, imaging and pathological data were complete

排除标准：

1).初发即重度活动的溃疡性结肠炎2).初步诊断溃疡性结肠炎，在治疗过程中又诊断过克罗恩病的未定型结肠炎患者3).随访过程中资料缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1). Severely active ulcerative colitis at initial presentation
2). Patients with undetermined colitis who were initially diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and subsequently diagnosed with Crohn's disease during treatment
3). Data were missing during follow-up
