研究目的：

我们通过进行circRNAs芯片分析结合qRT-PCR，以研究拟在全身麻醉和体外循环下行心脏手术的CSA-AKI和配对的非CSA-AKI老年患者的血浆样本中circRNAs的差异表达。随后，通过生物信息学分析预测miRNA结合位点和相关mRNA。除此之外，我们计划构建预测的circRNA-miRNA-mRNA共表达网络，以研究了靶基因的主要功能和通路，从而试图提供一种circRNA在CSA-AKI中的潜在作用的初步观点。这项研究可能为circRNA在CSA-AKI患者中的差异表达提供一个重要的视角，也可能有助于为CSA-AKI的生物标志物和治疗靶点提供见解。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted circRNAs chip analysis combined with qRT PCR to investigate the differential expression of circRNAs in plasma samples of CSA AKI and paired non CSA AKI elderly patients undergoing cardiac surgery under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass. Subsequently, bioinformatics analysis was used to predict miRNA binding sites and related mRNA. In addition, we plan to construct a predicted circRNA miRNA mRNA co expression network to investigate the main functions and pathways of target genes, in order to provide a preliminary perspective on the potential role of circRNA in CSA-AKI. This study may provide an important perspective on the differential expression of circRNA in CSA-AKI patients, and may also contribute to providing insights into the biomarkers and therapeutic targets of CSA-AKI.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 ≥ 65岁； （2）ASA分级I ~ III级； （3）拟在全身麻醉和体外循环下行心脏手术的患者； （4）接受本院有经验的主刀医师治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 65 years old; (2) ASA grading I to III; (3) Patients planning to undergo cardiac surgery under general anesthesia and extracorporeal circulation; (4) Patients who receive treatment from experienced chief surgeons in our hospital.

排除标准：

（1）非计划手术或再次手术； （2）术前合并肾功能不全的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unplanned surgery or reoperation; (2) Patients with preoperative renal insufficiency.
