纳入标准：锁骨骨折
骨折类型：横型骨折，斜型骨折，粉碎骨折；

Inclusion criteria

clavicle fractureType of fracture: transverse fracture, oblique fracture, comminuted fracture;

排除标准：

小儿<12 、年老体弱不适合手术者、严重的心肺肝肾疾病、精神疾病不配合者、拒绝手术者,胸腔积液、出血倾向、金属过敏

Exclusion criteria：

Children<12, the elderly and infirm is not suitable for surgery, serious heart and lung liver and kidney disease, mental illness do not match, refused surgery,Pleural effusion, bleeding tendency, metal allergy
