研究目的：

对比剩余骨高度2-8mm下对比内窥镜下骨挤压钻行上颌窦底提升术和骨凿内提升术及侧壁开窗提升术的患者评价及影像学检查。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate patient-reported outcomes and radiographic results of simultaneous implant placement in severely atrophic maxilla using endoscope-assisted osseodensification crestal maxillary sinus floor elevation and to compare the results with those of osteotome technique and lateral sinus floor elevation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)＞18岁;(2)上颌后牙缺失＞3月;(3)剩余骨高度:2 - 8mm，具有双皮质骨结构;(4)剩余骨宽度:≥6mm;（5)双皮质骨结构;(6)良好的口腔卫生;(7)全身和局部条件满足植入和上颌窦提升;(8)遵守研究方案，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)> 18 years old (2)maxillary posterior site edentulous for at least 3 months;(3)residual bone height: 2– 8mm with a double cortical bone structure ; (4) residual bone width: ≥6 mm ; (5)Bicortical bone structure; (6) good oral hygiene; (7) systemic and local conditions compatible with implant placement and sinus floor elevation procedures; and (8) willing and fully capable of complying with the study protocol

排除标准：

（1）上颌窦炎、上颌窦间隔、窦膜厚度大于5mm、宽血管等存在；（2）拔牙时间＜3个月的患者；（3）缺牙区有残根；（4）手术相邻区域有感染或脓肿者；（5）种植前牙周病未经治疗；（6）有系统性疾病患者，如：血压高于180/100mmHg、空腹血糖高于8.8mmol/L、患有严重心血管疾病；（7）代谢紊乱患者；（8）服用影响骨愈合药物的患者，如：双膦酸盐类、类固醇等；（9）吸烟每日＞10支患者、酗酒、吸毒者；（10）5年内因恶性肿瘤接受放疗或化疗患者；（11）妊娠或哺乳期女性；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) diagnosis of maxillary sinusitis in the experimental quadrant and the existence of wide blood vessels, etc; (2)patients with less than 3 months of tooth extraction time;(3)There are stump roots in the missing tooth area;(4)Infection or abscess in the area adjacent to the operation;(5) untreated periodontal disease prior to implant placement; (6) patients with systemic disease, such as blood pressure above 180/100mmHg, fasting blood glucose above 8.8mmol/L, and severe cardiovascular disease;(7)patients with metabolic disorders;(8)patients taking drugs that affect bone healing, such as bisphosphonates, steroids, etc; (9) history of cigarette or alcohol abuse ;(10)history of radiation therapy in the head and neck area or chemotherapy
