研究目的：

分析支气管镜治疗联合支气管动脉栓塞术治疗咯血的临床疗效，为临床诊治提供充分可靠的依据  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical efficacy of bronchoscopy therapy combined with bronchial artery embolization is analyzed to provide sufficient and reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合COPD的诊断标准年龄大于18岁接受BAE或联合治疗；现有随访资料

Inclusion criteria

In line with the diagnostic criteria of hemoptysis; age more than 18 years old; underwent BAE or combined therapy with bronchial artery embolization and endobronchial tamponade; available follow-up data

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心脏疾病（6个月以内急性心梗、慢性心衰、瓣膜病及心肌病）； 2.BAE禁忌症； 3.严重的肾脏疾病（急慢性肾功能不全，肾病综合症，肾炎等）； 4.严重的肺部疾病（肺大泡儿、气胸、纵隔气肿、COPD、肺纤维化、肿瘤等）

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe heart disease (acute myocardial infarction, chronic heart failure, valvular heart disease, and heart failure within 6 months); 2.Contraindication to BAE; 3.Severe renal disease (acute and chronic renal insufficiency, nephrotic syndrome, nephritis, etc.) 4.Serious lung disease (pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, mediastinal emphysema, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, tumor, etc.)
