研究目的：

1.明确ILC2在超重和肥胖人外周血中的数量以及功能。 2.明确iNOS在超重和肥胖人外周血单个核细胞中的表达以及在ILC2中的表达，为临床治疗探寻新的治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To determine the quantity and function of ILC2 in peripheral blood of overweight and obese individuals. 2.To investigate the expression of iNOS in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCS) and ILC2 in overweight and obese individuals, and to explore new therapeutic targets for clinical treatment.
