研究目的：

探讨超声引导下髂筋膜阻滞对股骨粗隆间骨折患者围术期镇痛效果及炎症应答的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the effect of ultrasound-guided iliac fascia block on perioperative analgesia and serum inflammation in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经MRI或CT检查确诊为股骨粗隆间骨折；②均行手术治疗；③患者ASA 评分为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；④患者及家属知情，依从性良好，均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosed as femoral intertrochanteric fracture by MRI or CT; ② Scheduled for elective surgery; ③ American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Ⅰto Ⅲ; ④ Informed consent form was obtained.

排除标准：

①重要器官严重功能障碍；②既往髋骨手术史；③存在神经阻滞禁忌症；④神经系统或精神异常。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe dysfunction of important organs; ② History of hip surgery; ③ Contraindications to nerve block; ④ Neurological or psychiatric abnormalities.
