研究目的：

本研究旨在通过定量SPECT/CT唾液腺动态显像检查来探讨酸刺激对分化型甲状腺癌131I清甲治疗患者唾液腺功能的影响，同时进一步验证131I治疗剂量与唾液腺功能损伤程度的剂量-效应关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of acid stimulation on salivary gland function in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with 131I thyroidectomy by quantitative SPECT / CT salivary gland dynamic imaging,at the same time, the dose-effect relationship between 131I treatment dose and the degree of salivary gland function damage was further verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）确诊为分化型甲状腺癌患者(病理报告为甲状腺乳头状癌、甲状腺滤泡状癌或混合型)；
2）所有患者均为甲状腺全切术后停用甲状腺素钠、低碘饮食3-4周，拟行131I清甲治疗；
3）能配合检查；
4）自愿参加并签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer were diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma, follicular thyroid carcinoma or mixed thyroid carcinoma.
2) All patients were treated with 131I thyroidectomy after discontinuation of thyroxine sodium and low iodine diet for 3-4 weeks.
3) Patients who can cooperate with the test.
4）All patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1）有严重心、肝、肾功能障碍，以及糖尿病、高血压及低血压；
2）有唾液腺病史或头颈部放射治疗史、自身免疫性疾病病史；
3）研究期间服用任何影响唾液腺分泌的药物，如：抗胆碱能药，抗抑郁药，β-肾上腺素能阻断药等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, as well as diabetes, hypertension and hypotension.
2) The patient had previous history of salivary gland disease, head and neck radiation therapy, or autoimmune disease.
3) The patient had taken drugs that affected salivary secretion, such as anticholinergics, antidepressants, or β-adrenergic blockers, during the study period.
