研究目的：

(1)深入了解腰椎融合术患者术后口渴真实体验与护理需求探求出一种可以缓解腰椎融合手术患者术后口渴感且方法简单易于操作的干预措施，缓解患者不适感，减少术后口渴对患者的生活困扰，提高患者生活质量，从而为护理人员及早为患者提供针对性护理方案与心理支持，进一步提高整体性护理质量与患者满意度。 (2)为护士实施患者口渴护理措施提高理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Deeply understand the real thirst experience and nursing needs of patients after lumbar fusion surgery, and explore a simple and easy to operate intervention measure that can relieve the thirst feeling of patients after lumbar fusion surgery, so as to relieve the discomfort of patients. Reduce postoperative thirst to the life of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, so as to provide nursing staff as soon as possible for patients with targeted nursing programs and psychological support, further improve the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction. (2) Improve the theoretical basis for nurses to implement thirst nursing measures for patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄>18岁； ②符合腰椎退行性疾病诊断标准； ③行腰椎后路椎间融合内固定手术者； ④意识清醒，Steward苏醒评分≥4分； ⑤患者及其家属知晓并同意参加本课题研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Age >18 years old; ② meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar degenerative diseases; ③ Patients who underwent posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation; ④ the Steward recovery score was 24 points; ⑤ Patients and their families knew and agreed to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①既往或目前有意识障碍，精神疾病患者； ②合并重大心脑血管疾病、代谢性疾病、肝肾功能不全者及严重感染者； ③合并骨质疏松或病理性骨折或多发性骨折，既往腰椎手术史患者； ④依从性较差，拒绝参加本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Past or present conscious disorder, mental illness; ② patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency and serious infected patients; ③ Patients with osteoporosis, pathological fracture or multiple fractures and a history of lumbar spine surgery; ④ Poor compliance, refused to participate in the study.
