研究目的:

通过回顾性研究(横断面)和队列研究完成建立标准化的近视大数据平台,为后续近视研究提供标准化的数据库,各参与单位共享数据集(备注:数据集采集后先在成员单位公开;各单位提供的数据的归属权仍旧归属各单位;根据有效数据的贡献量进行排序,比如有效数据量超过 10%考虑作为通讯单位, 有效数据考虑数据的质量和维度的全面性; 各单位可提 1 个新想法牵头利用数据集开展研究)  

Objectives of Study:

To establish a standardized myopia big data platform to provide a standardized database for future myopia research through retrospective studies (cross-sectional) and cohort studies. All participating units will share the dataset (Note: after the dataset is collected, it will be made public in member units first; the ownership of the data provided by each unit still belongs to each unit. Based on the contribution of valid data, for example, if the amount of valid data exceeds 10%, consideration will be given to listing the unit as a communication unit. Valid data will consider the quality and comprehensiveness of the data dimensions. Each unit can propose one new idea to lead the research using the dataset.)

纳入标准:

诊断为“高度近视”的患者(等效球镜 ≤ -6.00 diopters (D) 和/或 眼轴 ≥ 26.0 mm)

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed with high myopia (defined as spherical equivalent refraction (SER) ≤ -6.00 diopters (D) and (or) axial length (AXL) ≥ 26.0 mm)

排除标准:

1.照片清晰度欠佳,无法完成图像识别及数据提取(通过后期图像处理进行排除); 2.存在其他影响眼底出现豹纹样改变的眼部及全身性疾病,如青光眼,糖尿病性视网膜病变,年龄相关性黄斑病变等(通过后期智能识别和前期问卷进行排除); 3.既往进行眼部手术,如白内障手术、角膜屈光手术、后巩膜加固术等影响屈光状态及眼轴测量的状况(通过问卷进行排除)

Exclusion criteria:

1. Poor picture definition, unable to complete image recognition and data extraction; 2. Fundus photographs of patients with ocular and systemic diseases could affect the quantitative assessment of ONH and PPA, such as all kinds of glaucoma, diabetes retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration; 3. Photographs of patients with intraocular surgery history were excluded, including cataract surgery, surgery of intraocular collamer lenses, and posterior scleral reinforcement.
