研究目的：

主要目的：比较睡眠呼吸暂停的传统诊疗与远程诊疗模式之间的不同。 次要目的：评价与传统管理模式相比，远程管理模式是否提高了疾病的诊治效率以及PAP治疗依从性，是否可以改善患者症状，节省患者就医成本，比较分析不同OSA表型的患者更适合哪种诊疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To compare the traditional diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea with remote diagnosis and treatment. Secondary objective: To evaluate whether remote management mode, compared with traditional management mode, can improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of diseases and PAP treatment compliance, improve patients' symptoms and save patients' medical costs, and compare and analyze which diagnosis and treatment mode is more suitable for patients with different OSA phenotypes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-65岁，男女性别不限；
2、来睡眠中心诊疗、打鼾、怀疑有睡眠呼吸暂停且需要进行便携式睡眠监测的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-65 years old, male and female;
2. Patients who come to the sleep center for treatment, snore, suspected sleep apnea, and need portable sleep monitoring;

排除标准：

1、不配合问卷及随访；
2、中枢性睡眠呼吸暂停、潮式呼吸、肥胖低通气综合征或发作性睡病；
3、曾接受过PAP、手术等OSA治疗或目前需吸氧治疗；
4、6个月内经常出差或工作时间不规律、夜班较多；
5、患有肿瘤、冠心病等器质性疾病或焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病；
6、怀孕或备孕；
7、年龄＞60岁或不熟悉网络等人群；
8、研究者认为不适合参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Do not cooperate with questionnaire and follow-up;
2. Central sleep apnea, tidal respiration, obesity hypopnea syndrome or narcolepsy;
3. Have received OSA therapy such as PAP and surgery or currently need oxygen therapy;
4. Frequent business trips or irregular working hours with more night shifts within 6 months;
5. Patients with organic diseases such as tumors, coronary heart disease or mental diseases such as anxiety and depression;
6. Pregnant or preparing for pregnancy;
7. Age > 60 or unfamiliar with the Internet;
8. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in the study.
