研究目的：

本研究的总目的是研究以社区为基础的康复服务干预对听力障碍人群生命质量的影响，为制定适应我国听障人群特点的听力康复干预策略提供依据。具体目的包括： （1）分析影响听力障碍人群康复服务利用的主要因素； （2）设计以社区为基础的听力障碍人群生命质量改善的康复干预方案； （3）评价不同社区康复干预方案的可行性与效果； （4）探索最优的听力障碍人群生命质量改善的社区康复干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of community-based rehabilitation interventions on quality of life among people with hearing loss, so as to provide basis for the formulation of hearing rehabilitation intervention strategies adapted to the people with hearing loss in China. Specific objectives include the following: (1) analyze the main factors affecting the utilization of rehabilitation services for people with hearing loss; (2) design community-based rehabilitation intervention programs to improve quality of life among people with hearing loss; (3) evaluate the feasibility and effect of different community rehabilitation intervention programs; (4) explore the optimal community rehabilitation intervention strategy for people with hearing loss to improve their quality of life.

纳入标准：

1）18岁及以上人群；
2）临床诊断有中度及以上听力障碍；
3）之前从未使用助听设备。

Inclusion criteria

1. people aged 18 or above;
2. diagnosed with moderate or above hearing impairment;
3. no self-reported hearing aid use in the past year.

排除标准：

排除具有认知功能障碍、精神缺陷、语言和行动障碍的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

Those with cognitive impairment, mental impairment, language and movement impairment were excluded.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

每个受试者通过调查问卷采集数据，并被赋予唯一编码。数据录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入。调查问卷在按要求完成后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，以防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data of each subject is collected through a questionnaire and is given a unique code. Data entry adopts the corresponding database system of double machine entry. After questionnaires are completed, they will be filed and saved in the order of number with the index for reference. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, coding and documentation, should be classified and saved, and there are multiple backups saved on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
