研究目的：

瘢痕疙瘩是以胶原为主的细胞外基质成分过度沉积导致的一种皮肤纤维化疾病，皮损向周围正常皮肤浸润且边界超过原有损伤范围。瘢痕疙瘩不但影响外观，伴随瘙痒和疼痛，发生在关节等部位还会导致关节活动障碍，影响生活质量，给患者带来巨大的心理压力。手术切除并放疗后联合糖皮质激素以及5氟尿嘧啶皮下注射综合治疗作为瘢痕疙瘩治疗的一线疗法，临床应用逐渐扩展。但如何准确评价其疗效，并无可靠的临床数据证明。本研究将评估综合治疗方案对瘢痕疙瘩治疗情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical investigation, to evaluate the effect of combined treatment with glucocorticoid and 5fluorouracil subcutaneous injection after surgical resection and radiotherapy as a keloid treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究结合温哥华的瘢痕量表（Vancouver scar scale, VSS）和Sawa－da评分方法对患者治疗情况进行医患双方评价。该方法具备简便易操作的优点，兼顾临床可操作性及客观准确性。对我院100例患者治疗后进行1年随访，回顾性研究手术切除联合糖皮质激素以及5氟尿嘧啶皮下注射综合治疗的研究，同时，取临床患者样本培养原代瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞，体外进行放疗+药物处理，研究分析体外实验中综合治疗对瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞的影响，并对其机制进行探索。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study combined Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) and sawa Da scoring method to evaluate the treatment of patients. This method has the advantages of simple and easy operation, clinical operability and objective accuracy. 100 patients with keloid in our hospital were followed up for 3 years. The clinical effect of surgical resection combined with glucocorticoid and 5-fluorouracil subcutaneous injection was studied retrospectively. At the same time, clinical samples were taken to culture primary keloid fibroblasts, and radiotherapy + local injection of Diprospan were carried out in vitro. The effects of comprehensive treatment on keloid fibroblasts in vitro were studied and analyzed, and the mechanism was explored. 

纳入标准：

1. 皮肤损害超过原有损伤范围并向周围正常皮肤侵犯；
2. 瘢痕病程超过 9 个月仍无自发消退征象；
3. 以前做过切除而又复发者；
4. 凡符合上述的任何一条或以上者皆可确诊。

Inclusion criteria

1. The skin damage exceeds the original damage scope and invades the surrounding normal skin;
2. Symptoms of spontaneous regression of scars over 9 months;
3. Those who have had resection before and have relapsed;
4. Anyone who meets one or more of the above can be diagnosed.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期或哺乳期或准备妊娠的妇女；
2. 有严重肝、肾功能不全者；有严重心脏病者；
3. 2 周内口服抗组胺类药物者；
4. 1 个月内皮损局部注射激素者；
5. 有活动性溃疡者；
6. 瘢痕疙瘩表面面积＞10 cm2者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women during pregnancy or lactation or preparing to become pregnant;
2. People with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; people with severe heart disease;
3. Oral antihistamines within 2 weeks;
4. One month of local injection of hormones into endothelial lesions;
5. People with active ulcers;
6. Keloid surface area > 10 cm2.
