研究目的：

本研究旨在评估一项家庭健康教育课程对于提升学龄前儿童睡眠质量的效果。本研究还将评估该课程对于促进学龄前健康发展的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary aim of this study is to examine the efficacy of a family-based intervention for promoting healthy sleep among pre-schoolers. A secondary aim is to examine the intervention effects on pre-schoolers’ development.

纳入标准：

1）年龄为3-5岁的儿童; 2）居住于中国

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 3 to 5 years; and 2) lives in China

排除标准：

1）患有生理或心理疾病的儿童；2）发育迟缓的儿童 ；或 3）患有睡眠障碍的儿童

Exclusion criteria：

1) Having medical or psychological conditions; 2) diagnosed as developmental delay; or 3) having a diagnosed sleep disorder.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有被试的身份信息和数据都将对外保密。研究数据将通过在线方式收集，没有纸质材料。研究所收集的数据将以电子文件的形式被保存在具有密码保护的电脑设备中，只有研究团队成员可以被允许查阅本研究所收集的数据。基于人群层面的数据结果可能会被用于学术论文的发表，然而被试个人层面的数据结果不会被发表于任何公开材料中。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Participants' identifying information and data will be kept confidential. Data will be collected via online questionnaire and will be stored as electronic files on password-protected computers. Only research team members will be allowed to access the data. Population-level results may be used for publication in academic papers; individual data will not be published.
