研究目的：

探讨GSM患者的阴道菌群及局部免疫特征、可能的阴道菌群参与绝经生殖泌尿综合征的发病机制，及苦参凝胶通过阴道微生态、阴道局部免疫调节治疗GSM的现代药理学理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To discuss the vaginal flora and local immune characteristics of GSM patients, the possible involvement of vaginal flora in the pathogenesis of menopausal genitourinary syndrome, and the modern pharmacological basis of Sophora flavescens gel treating GSM through vaginal microecology and vaginal local immune regulation.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合绝经泌尿生殖综合征诊断：涵盖了主要由低雌激素水平引起的外阴阴道、下泌尿道以及性功能等一系列症状和体征，主要表现为：1）外阴：大小阴唇萎缩、阴毛稀疏脱落、外阴皮肤易受到机械性刺激；2）阴道：阴道口缩小、阴道皱襞变浅、弹性减弱、粘膜充血水肿或苍白、阴道分泌物减少、阴道干涩、阴道瘙痒、阴道灼热感；3）下泌尿道：尿道口红肿、尿频尿急尿痛、夜尿增多、尿失禁、反复泌尿道感染；4）性功能：性欲降低、性高潮困难、性交痛、性交出血等。
(2)绝经≥2年，年龄50-65岁；
(3)子宫及双侧附件完整，无切除；
(4)既往有性生活史；
(5)有自主能力并且自愿参与调查者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnosis of menopausal urogenital syndrome: it covers a series of symptoms and signs of vulvovaginal, lower urinary tract, and sexual function mainly caused by low estrogen levels. The main manifestations are: 1) Vulva: atrophy of labia and pubic hair Sparse exfoliation, vulvar skin is vulnerable to mechanical stimulation; 2) Vagina: narrowed vaginal opening, shallow vaginal folds, weakened elasticity, mucous membrane congestion, edema or paleness, decreased vaginal discharge, vaginal dryness, vaginal itching, vaginal burning sensation; 3) Lower urinary tract: red and swollen urethral orifice, frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, nocturia, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infection; 4) Sexual function: decreased libido, difficulty in orgasm, dyspareunia, sexual bleeding, etc.
(2) Menopause ≥ 2 years, aged 50-65 years;
(3) The uterus and bilateral appendages are intact without resection;
(4) Previous sexual life history;
(5) Those who have the ability to participate in the survey voluntarily.

排除标准：

(1)对苦参凝胶的任意成分过敏；
(2)近期三个月有服用雌激素或其他甾体激素的药物；
(3)近期一周有阴道用药、阴道冲洗、妇科检查等；
(4)患有严重器质性疾病，如生殖道恶性肿瘤等；
(5)不明原因的异常阴道出血；
(6)生殖道畸形；
(7)既往无性生活史；
(8)患者已经纳入其他研究，与本研究相冲突；

Exclusion criteria：

（1) Hypersensitivity to any component of Sophora flavescens gel;
(2) Taking estrogen or other steroid hormone drugs in the past three months;
(3) Vaginal medication, vaginal douching, gynecological examination, etc. in the recent week;
(4) Suffering from serious organic diseases, such as reproductive tract malignant tumors;
(5) Unexplained abnormal vaginal bleeding;
(6) Deformities of the reproductive tract;
(7) Past asexual life history;
(8) The patient has been included in other studies, which conflicts with this study;
