研究目的：

本研究运用回顾性队列研究，评估参苓白术散治疗腹泻病的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

This study used a retrospective cohort study to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shengling Baizhu Power in the treatment of diarrheal disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴年龄不限，男女不限；
⑵以腹泻为主要症状；
⑶中医诊断为泄泻（SA55）

Inclusion criteria

(1) Any age, regardless of gender.
(2) With diarrhea as the main symptom.
(3) Chinese medicine diagnosis of diarrhea (SA55)

排除标准：

⑴外邪所致腹泻疾病（急性腹泻、痢疾、霍乱、假膜性肠炎、病毒性胃肠炎、血吸虫病）；
⑵合并有其他严重的原发性肝、心、肺、肾、血液疾病及糖尿病、甲状腺功能不全或影响其生存的严重疾病;
⑶妇女妊娠及哺乳期；
⑷无任何复诊记录（缺少转归结局、随访记录）
符合以上任意一项均可排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Diarrheal diseases caused by external evil (acute diarrhea, dysentery, cholera, pseudomembranous enteritis, viral gastroenteritis, schistosomiasis)
(2) Combination of other serious primary liver, heart, lung, kidney, blood diseases and diabetes mellitus, thyroid insufficiency or serious diseases affecting their survival;
(3) Women during pregnancy and lactation.
(4) No follow-up records (lack of outcome and follow-up records)
Compliance with any of the above criteria can be excluded.
