比较可弯吸引鞘联合软镜碎石术和经皮肾镜取石术治疗2~4cm上尿路结石的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to compare the curative effect of flexible suction sheath combined with flexible lithotripsy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of 2 ~ 4cm upper urinary tract stones.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18~70岁 行经皮肾镜取石术或可弯吸引鞘联合软性输尿管镜治疗的2~4cm单侧肾结石患者

Inclusion criteria

18~70 years old patients with 2~4cm unilateral upper urinary calculi performed with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope

排除标准：

合并下尿路结石 合并输尿管中下段结石 术前已知的输尿管狭窄或结石性脓肾 尿道改道或先天性畸形患者 合并上尿路肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with lower urinary stone or mid Mid or lower ureteral calculi Ureter stricture or calculous pyonephrosis preoperation presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities or urinary diversion surgery Combined with upper urinary carcinoma
