研究目的：

1）观察低氧诱导因子脯氨酸羟化酶抑制剂--罗沙司他对维持性血液透析患者认知功能影响；2）既往研究已知促红素可以改善认知，与促红素相比，罗沙司他对认知影响有无优劣之分。3）罗沙司他对HIF-1α/ADAM10/Aβ通路有无影响；  

Objectives of Study：

1) To observe the effect of roxadustat, a hypoxia-inducible factor proline hydroxylase inhibitor, on cognitive function in maintenance hemodialysis patients; 2) previous studies have known that erythropoietin improves cognition, and whether roxadustat has a superior or inferior effect on cognition compared to erythropoietin; 3) whether roxadustat has an effect on the HIF-1α/ADAM10/Aβ pathway;

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁，每周透析3次，每次3-4h，透析时间≥3个月（Kt/V＞1.2，URR＞65%）；（2）诊断为肾性贫血，应用罗沙司他或促红素治疗的患者，经治疗后Hb控制在100-130g/L；（3）意识清楚，无心智功能障碍，能准确表达自己的意愿（4）所有患者均签署知情同意书，临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

(1) age ≥ 18 years, dialysis 3 times a week for 3-4 h, dialysis time ≥ 3 months (Kt/V > 1.2, URR > 65%); (2) patients diagnosed with renal anemia, treated with roxadustat or Erythropoietin
, with Hb controlled at 100-130 g/L after treatment; (3) clear consciousness, no mental dysfunction, able to express their will accurately (4) all patients signed an informed consent form with complete clinical information;

排除标准：

（１）有 CKD以外的疾病引起的贫血，如纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征等；（２）影响生存期的恶性肿瘤患者；（３）依从性差；（４）研究者认为受试者无法加入试验的任何其他情况；（５）既往曾患有脑血管疾病、心梗患者；（6）痴呆患者；（7）使用苯二氮卓类药物；（8）有精神病史，如抑郁症或精神分裂症。（9）受试者有感官（视觉和听觉）或运动障碍，使他们无法完成需要这些感官的测试；（10）受试者的预期寿命少于 6 个月，在基线的 6 个月内计划进行肾移植，或预计肾功能会恢复。（11）严重肝功能受损。（12） 哺乳期、妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with anemia caused by diseases other than CKD, such as pure red blood cell aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndrome; (2) patients with malignancies that affect survival; (3) poor compliance; (4) any other condition that the investigator believes prevents the subject from enrolling in the trial; (5) patients with previous cerebrovascular disease or heart attack; (6) patients with dementia; (7) benzodiazepine use ; (8) history of psychiatric disorders, such as depression or schizophrenia (9) Subjects with sensory (visual and auditory) or motor impairments that prevent them from completing tests that require these senses; (10) Subjects with a life expectancy of less than 6 months, a planned kidney transplant within 6 months of baseline, or an expectation of recovery of kidney function (11) Severe hepatic impairment. (12) Women who are lactating or pregnant.
