研究目的：

验证RRE90在预测症状性颅内动脉粥样硬化卒中复发中的价值,探讨新的预测因子。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the value of RRE90 in predicting the stroke recurrence of symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic Disease(ICAD) and explore new predictive factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁的缺血性卒中患者，发病2周内入院；②经过详细的检查，考虑病因为症状ICAD所致.

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with acute ischemic stroke caused by the symptomatic ICAD,aged ≥ 18 years.

排除标准：

①任何潜在的心源性栓子（包括慢性或阵发性房颤，二尖瓣狭窄，机械瓣膜，心内膜炎，心内血栓或赘生物，3个月内心肌梗死，扩张性心肌病，射血分数低于30%）；②小血管病所致梗死；③颅外动脉粥样硬化所致梗死（同侧颅外血管存在≥50%狭窄）；④其他病因所致梗死；⑤曾行或者拟行颅内动脉狭窄介入手术治疗；⑥已知的颅内肿瘤，动静脉畸形或动脉瘤；⑦禁忌行MRI检查；⑧任何严重或威胁生命的合并症致预期寿命少于3个月。

Exclusion criteria：

① Any potential cardiac embolus; ② Infarction caused by small vessel disease; ③ Infarction caused by extracranial atherosclerosis (≥ 50% stenosis of ipsilateral extracranial vessels); ④ Infarction caused by other causes; ⑤ Interventional surgery for intracranial artery stenosis has been performed or is planned to be performed; ⑥ Known intracranial tumor, arteriovenous malformation or aneurysm; ⑦ MRI examination is contraindicated; ⑧ Life expectancy is less than 3 months due to any serious or life-threatening complication.
