研究目的：

1.通过转录组学和蛋白组学明确新疆地区剥脱综合征继发青光眼与非剥脱综合征人群房水和小梁组织中差异表达的分子。 2.比较新疆地区与美国、澳大利亚剥脱综合征人群房水中RNA和蛋白质表达的差异，以筛选参与剥脱综合征发病的关键分子。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The molecules differentially expressed in aqueous humor and trabecular tissues secondary to glaucoma and non-stripping syndrome population in Xinjiang were defined by transcriptomic and proteomics. 2.The difference of RNA and protein expression between the Xinjiang region and the US and Australia were compared to screen the key molecules involved in the pathogenesis of exfoliation syndrome.

纳入标准：

将患者分为XFG组、POAG组及与之年龄相当的接收白内障手术的对照组。房水收集根据纳入和排除标准从需行年龄相关性白内障手术的患者入组，分为XFG组、POAG和白内障对照组；而小梁组织则选取行小梁切开/切除术的患者入XFG组和POAG组，对照组小梁组织则从人角膜供体眼球采集。
1)XFG组纳入标准
①瞳孔散大时至少一只眼睛的前晶状体囊或瞳孔边缘检测到剥落物质；
②至少一只眼压≥22mmHg；
③青光眼性视神经病变：至少一只眼睛的C/D≥0.7或不对称的杯盘比>0.2或视网膜神经纤维变薄；
④青光眼所致视野缺损。
2)非XFG POAG组纳入标准
①瞳孔散大时未见前晶状体囊或瞳孔边缘剥落物质；
②至少一只眼压≥22mmHg；
③房角镜或UBM检查显示房角正常开放；
④青光眼性视神经病变：至少一只眼睛的C/D≥0.7或不对称的杯盘比>0.2或视网膜神经纤维变薄；
⑤青光眼所致视野缺损；
⑥排除其他可导致眼压升高的致病因素。
3)正常白内障对照组纳入标准
①无XFG临床表现；
②除白内障外，无眼部病变；
③无青光眼家族史。
4)眼库组织对照组纳入标准：
①捐献者生前无XFG临床表现；
②除白内障外，无眼部病变；
③无青光眼家族史；
④使用中期保存液保存不超过7天。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were divided into XFG group, POAG group and control group of age equivalent receiving cataract surgery. The aqueous humor collection was included from the patients requiring age-related cataract surgery and divided into XFG, POAG and cataract control groups, while trabecular tissue selected patients in XFG and POAG groups, and control trabecular tissue was collected from the human corneal donor.
1）Inclusion criteria for the XFG group
①Exated material is detected in the anterior lens capsule or rim of at least one eye with dilated pupils;
②At least one intraocular pressure of 22mmHg;
③Glaucomatous optic neuropathy: C / D 0.7 or asymmetric cup and discs with> 0.2 or thinner retinal nerve fibers in at least one eye;
④Visual field defect caused by glaucoma.
2）Inclusion criteria for the non-XFG POAG group
①No anterior lens capsule or peeling material at the margin of the pupil;
②At least one intraocular pressure was 22mmHg;
③The oscope or UBM examination showed normal opening of the horn;
④Glaucomatous optic neuropathy: C / D 0.7 or asymmetric cup-disc ratio> 0.2 or thinner retinal nerve fibers in at least one eye;
⑤Visual field defects caused by glaucoma;
⑥Other pathogenic factors that could cause elevated IOP were excluded.
3）Inclusion criteria for the normal cataract control group
①No clinical manifestations of XFG;
②No ocular lesions, except for the cataract;
③There was no family history of glaucoma.
4）Inclusion criteria for the control group:
①The donor had no clinical manifestations of XFG;
②No ocular lesions, except for the cataract;
③ No family history of glaucoma;
④Use the interim storage solution for no more than 7 days.

排除标准：

① 排除具有其他因素导致继发性青光眼的患者，包括葡萄膜炎、虹膜角膜内皮综合征等；
②排除了视盘变薄的其他原因（近视，视盘异常，缺血性视神经病变，视神经炎，遗传性视神经病变，创伤性视神经病变，多发性硬化症和神经退行性疾病，如阿尔茨海默氏症和帕金森病）；
③排除患有其他影响视野的全身性或眼部疾病（例如垂体病变，脱髓鞘疾病，糖尿病等）；
4.排除既往眼内手术史、眼睛或头部创伤史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Excluding patients with secondary glaucoma with other factors, including uveitis and iridocorneal endothelial syndrome;
2. Other causes of optic disc thinning (myopia, optic disc abnormalities, ischemic optic neuropathy, optic neuritis, hereditary optic neuropathy, traumatic optic neuropathy, traumatic optic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease) were excluded; 3.Excluding other systemic or ocular diseases affecting the visual field (e. g., pituitary disease, demyelinating disease, diabetes mellitus, etc.); Patients with a history of previous intraocular surgery, eye or head trauma were excluded.
